13. ASSESSMENT 2 – Feedback received before Day 3
Day 3 - Team leadership

21. ASSESSMENT 3a – Feedback received 1 week after submission, during 1st Personal Coaching and Feedback session. 4 week M&E plan (monitoring and evaluation plan) will be included in 1st feedback session with delegate.
22. ASSESSMENT 3b – Final Feedback received 4 weeks after 1st Personal Coaching and Feedback session. Delegate PDP will be included in final feedback session.

Please note the following in regards to the scheduling and integrated assessments included in this programme:
Classes are scheduled with the following options:
OPTION 1
3 full days of training (8:30am till 4pm):
– Includes ROLE-PLAYS
– Includes completion of Assessments 1-2, in class.
– Assessment feedback provided to delegate, via email, within 7 days of submission.
Final Assessment (Assessment 3) allows a period of 7 days for submission.
– Feedback to delegate via personal coaching session, within 2 weeks of submission.
– 4-week Action Plan included during personal feedback session.
– Follow-up personal coaching session, 4 weeks after 1st session.
– Delegates provided with PDP during final feedback session.
OPTION 2
3 HALF days of training (8:30am till 12:30pm):
– Includes completion of Assessments 1-2, in workplace.
– Does not include ROLE-PLAYS
– Assessments to be submitted within 48 HRS.
– Assessment feedback provided to delegate, via email, within 7 days of submission.
Final Assessment (Assessment 3) allows a period of 7 days for submission.
– Feedback to delegate via personal coaching session, within 2 weeks of submission.
– 4-week Action Plan included during personal feedback session.
– Follow-up personal coaching session, 4 weeks after 1st session.
– Delegates provided with PDP during final feedback session.
