Blended Learning
We offer a layered platform for blended learning, utilising both online (via Teams) and in-person teaching techniques, a method that has gained importance due to new education standards and higher expectations from students.
“Today’s students are easily bored with slow-moving teaching techniques or those they view as antiquated,” says Wayne Feller, Technology and Innovation Coach. At ElectroFibe, both learners and employers expect the use of modern technologies and teaching methods, including blended learning.
We use a flipped classroom approach, where learners are introduced to new material through online instruction outside the classroom. Classroom time, whether virtual or in-person, is then dedicated to reviewing, applying, and practicing what was learned during self-study.
